Students in grades K-5th worked hard this week
in the art room!
We learned about Warm and Cool Colors. We talked about Warm and Cool Colors on Row Houses in the city of New Orleans, USA. Then we looked at Row House Art.
Pictured Right: first grade student finishes coloring her row houses. She chose markers as her medium and worked with warm colors.
Students applied what they learned using Shape and Line in Abstract Art to design their own Row Houses. They chose a medium to color their Row Houses with Warm or Cool Colors.
